The Chalmers family imported Prosecco into Australia in 1998. At the time it was not that well known outside the Veneto, where the Chalmers girls enjoyed a glass or three in their time living there. Since then it has become a household name all over the world, production in Australia has boomed and we are now making some excellent Prosecco wines right across the country. Montevecchio Prosecco is grown in the Chalmers family’s home region of the Murray Darling. It is crisp with delicate florals and green apple freshness – everything you want in a fun glass of fizz.

Very pretty salmon hue. Aromas of Ripe apple and strawberry with a savoury complexity derived from natural fermentation in old oak.A soft fruity palate with an elegant dry finish.

2x Montevecchio 2018 Moscato

Montevecchio Moscato is made from 100% moscato giallo, a superior moscato selection imported by Chalmers from northern Italy. This attractive refreshing, light and fruity wine has just a hint of spritz, allowing the bright sherbet, elderflower and honeysuckle flavours of the moscato giallo grape to take centre stage. It balances sweetness, acidity and alcohol perfectly in a style reminiscent of the great wines of Asti.
